Planning a cut flower garden just got easier. Our Seed Sowing Guide is designed to help you stay on top of your sowing schedule and bring a little extra inspiration to what you grow. Covering spring, summer, and autumn sowing seasons.
The guide includes key details like germination temperature, whether seeds need covering, sowing style (succession or one-off), direct sow versus transplant, plant heights, and approximate days to flowers. It has been designed so you can easily print it at home in either A4 or A3 size, depending on what works best for you.
This is a guide, not a rulebook—you can decide whether you want to succession sow for continuous flowers, or stick to one-off sowings for a simpler approach.
With a mix of tried-and-true favourites and inspiring varieties, the Seed Sowing Guide will help you fill your garden and vases with flowers all season long.
BONUS- I have added a blank sucession planting log for you to fill out to help keep track of your sowings. This is SO helpful to come back to in later years.
Just remember to keep in mind your average first and last frost date and you cant go wrong!

Charts will be super handy and I love how they are specific to NZ and divided into seasons. As a beginner at seed sowing I think it would have been great to include average days to germination aswell
