Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Flora And Thread online store. By placing an order, you agree to and are bound by these terms. If you are unwilling to comply with these terms then you may not use Flora And Thread online store.

Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Flora And Thread online store are given in New Zealand Dollars, delivery cost is added at checkout. 

We accept payment by direct transfer (from NZ customers only) and credit card.

Online Process

We must receive payment in full before your order will be processed. Once payment has been received, the team will get started on packing your order. Generally, if you order a vase with a personalisation, this will take up to 7-10 days. 

If you would like to receive an invoice which is particularly practical for larger orders, please email us at florathreadnz@gmail.com. For larger orders, there may be a longer turn around but Harriett will be able to provide an accurate time frame depending on demand at the time of order acceptance.

Shipping

Prices of shipping:

  • Standard $9 nationwide
  • Rural $14
  • Two or more vases Standard $10
  • Two or more vases Rural $16

 

We use ARAMEX as our courier and their delivery times range from 2-5 days, sometimes an extra day or two for rural. Unfortunately we have very little control over the courier system and human error/delay is possible. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, please follow up with the courier company if you have any queries. If you are still having trouble, please get in touch and we will do all we can to resolve this. 

Returns and Exchanges

At Flora And Thread customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you aren’t satisfied with the quality of any item we’ll be happy for you to return the item for either a replacement item, a refund, or a repair of the item.

As a lot of our products are made-to-order. Customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement for:

  • defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
  • or if you have changed your mind

All sale items are a final sale and are strictly non-returnable. 

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. 

Faulty Items

We may ask for faulty/incorrect items to be returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don’t occur again. If you wish to return an item, please email florathreadnz@gmail.com for instructions on how to proceed. Typically refunds take up to 2 weeks to be processed once returned products have been received.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; Flora And Thread online store makes great effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act:

“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to have the goods repaired, replaced or refunded if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.”

Content Accuracy

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Prices on the site are current at the time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing but are unable to warrant the site be error-free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.

Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. Flora And Thread will never distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and stay in touch with you.
